BRE China Annual Event & Award Ceremony

2018年4月18日，在上海华尔道夫酒店举行的BRE中国年会暨颁奖典礼取得圆满成功。此次会议还发布了BRE新数字产品SmartSite。同时，BRE还与深圳市绿色建筑协会签订了BREEAM培训合作协议。英国政府高级官员Richard Burn和Edward Lister爵士出席了此次年会。会上，BRE中国区主席Niall Trafford 和BRE中国区总裁Jaya Skandamoorthy对BRE进入中国以来取得的成就进行了汇报；会议另一重要议程就是对一直以来支持BRE工作的客户、优质的BREEAM项目以及杰出的BREEAM专业人才授予了BREEAM奖项。

BRE China Annual Event and Awards Ceremony was successfully held on 18^thApril 2018 at the Waldorf Astoria of Shanghai which hosted the launch of a new digital product SmartSite and the signing of a strategic agreement with Shenzhen Green Building Association. Senior British Government Officials attending the event included Richard Burn, the Minister and Her Majesty’s Trade Commissioner for China and Sir Edward Lister, Senior Advisor of Department of International Trade (DIT). Niall Trafford, the Chairman of BRE China, and Jaya Skandamoorthy, the President of BRE China, reported the progress and achievements BRE China has made since its foundation; Awards for Pioneering Clients, Pioneering Projects and Pioneering Professionals and The Wills Award were also annuouced at the event.

新产品SmartSite也在此次会上进行了发布。SmartSite是一种成熟的资源管理工具，可帮助减少浪费并寻找到变废为宝的方法。

A new product from BRE called SmartSite was launched for use in China with the help of Chinese software developers. SmartSite is a proven resource management tool that helps to reduce waste, and find ways of turning unavoidable waste into valuable assets.

另外，随着BREEAM运营的引入，BREEAM可持续性评估标准也逐渐引入中国。BREEAM运营团队经理James Fisher表示:“截止到目前为止，在建筑可持续性方面取得的巨大进步主要集中在新住房开发上”。“而目前出现了侧重现有建筑管理和价值的趋势。经证明BREEAM运营在帮助建设经理和业主降低运营成本、改善环境性能和提高现有建筑的价值方面起到了作用。”

In addition, access in China to the BREEAM sustainability assessment standard is being extended, with the introduction of BREEAM In-Use. “The great progress in building sustainability in this country has so far focussed on new developments,” said James Fisher, the BREEAM Existing Buildings Team Manager. “But there is now a move to include the management and value of existing buildings. BREEAM In-Use has proved effective in helping building managers and owners to reduce running costs, improve environmental performance and increase the value of existing buildings.”

年会上还对BRE中国的培训活动（由BRE学院提供）进行了介绍。BRE与深圳市绿色建筑协会就BREEAM培训签订了培训协议。深圳市绿色建筑协会成立于2018年12月8日。它是是全国首家绿色建筑领域的市一级社会团体，业务主管部门为深圳市住房和建设局。双方此次合作将为绿色建筑领域培养更多的专业人才。

Also announced at the conference was the extension of BRE China’s training activities (provided by the BRE Academy). BRE signed agreement with Shenzhen Green Building Association on BREEAM training. Shenzhen Green Building Association was established on 8th December 2008. It was the first industry association for green building in China. It is under the supervision by Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau. The collaboration of both parties will help grow more professionals in green building industry.

最佳绿色建筑项目：香港天际100大厦项目（中国第一个BREEAM运营项目）；佳源优优华府项目；旭辉都会山项目（也荣获 BREEAM 2018大奖）

Pioneering Project: ICC Tower in Hong Kong (the First BREEAM In-Use project in China); Family Is All; CIFI Metropolis Mansion (also won BREEAM Awards 2017)

绿色建筑杰出专家：孙清亮（深圳诺丁汉可持续发展研究院有限公司）；Grace Kwok（沛然环保顾问有限公司）；贾亮（清控人居集团）

Pioneering Professionals: Mr. Sun Qingliang (from Shenzhen Nottingham Sustainable Development Institute Limited); Ms Grace Kwok (from Allied Environmental Consultants Limited); Mr. Jia Liang (from Tsinghua Holdings)

Niall Trafford还借助这次年会对新上任的BRE中国区总经理李倩 (Quinine Li)表示欢迎。Niall 表示祝愿且相信在新上任的总经理李倩的领导下，BRE中国将继续蓬勃发展。

Niall Trafford took the opportunity provided by the Event, to welcome the newly appointed General Manager of BRE China, Quinine Li. Trafford said, “our very best wishes go to Quinine Li, under whose guidance I am sure BRE China will continue to flourish.”
